How does Electrox™ work?
The principle of operation is based on intensification
of
an electric field between two electrodes to produce
a nonthermal plasma discharge in a gas flowing
between the electrodes.
The plasma generated is an extremely reactive
medium containing electrons and radicals of sufficient
energy to induce chemical reactions leading to
low temperature treatment of pollutants entrained
in the gas stream. The technology uses only electricity,
is flameless, compact and has a low noise level.
It can treat a wide range of species with high
destruction efficiencies.
