Licensing and intellectual property
In any event, the application of proprietary
background Accentus technology to a bespoke target,
in most circumstances, will generate new process
IP. In exchange for a fully and appropriately
funded collaborative R&D programme, Accentus
is happy to enter into an appropriate commercial
arrangement with the licensee for its protection
and exploitation. We are also happy to assist
with patent writing, assessment and other IP services.
Should of course any proprietary Accentus background
IP be required for the operation of the new Process
IP at commercialisation, a separate mutually acceptable
royalty bearing licence is required.
